Home My WebLink About2005-191 THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON BY-LAW NO. 2005- 191 being a by-law to authorize the transfer of lands from Leslie Colvin to the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington, for nominal consideration, the lands more particularly described as Part 8 on Plan 10R-3099, Part Lot 35, Concession 2, former Township of Darlington, Municipality of Clarington WHEREAS, the Municipal Act states that the Council of every corporation may pass by-laws for acquiring or expropriating any land required for the purposes of the Corporation; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows: 1. That the Municipality is hereby authorized to accept the transfer, for nominal consideration, of the lands more particularly described as Part 8 on Plan 10R-3099, Part Lot 35, Concession 2, former Township of Darlington, Municipality of Clarington, from Leslie Colvin to the Municipality of Clarington.
