Minutes of a meeting of the Finance Committee
held at Bowmanville Town Hall on March 11th,

Switchboard THAT this Committee recommend to Council that the
Operater services of a Switchboard Operater, Typist-
Receptionist be engaged and to relocate the
switchboard within the Town Hall and that the
Clerk be instructed to place the necessary
advertisement.

Hale s THE contract with Hale's Disposal System for
Disposal Garbage Collection in the former Township of
System Clarke was received for information.
