BACKGROUND 1 .1 Our report covers the month of February, 1997. It is our intent to provide Committee with information relevant to this department, in a timely manner. 2. REPORT 2.1 The department responded to 154 calls in February and recorded total fire loss at $467,650.00. A breakdown of the calls responded to follows. REPORT 2.1 The Fire Chief and Deputy Fire Chief successfully completed the Fire Department Management Program, conducted by the Office of the Fire Marshal. The final presentation was made on February 26, 1997 in front of the Deputy Fire Chief of Ontario, the Chief Administrative Officer and Treasurer, Town of Uxbridge and other dignitaries from the Fire Marshal's Office, to name a few.
