THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ClARINGTON
BY-lAW NUMBER 2002- 01
being a By-law to authorize a purchase agreement between
the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington and Frank
and Jolene Ashmore, in respect to the purchase of a property
at 1539 Prestonvale Road, being Part 1, Plan 40R-20849, Part
lot 33, Concession 2, former Township of Darlington,
Municipality of Clarington.
THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ClARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOllOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and the Municipal Clerk be hereby authorized to execute, on
behalf of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington, with the corporate Seal,
a purchase agreement between the Municipality and Frank and Jolene Ashmore for
the lands comprising Part 1 of Plan 40R-20849 at 1539 Prestonvale Road.
