THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ClARINGTON
BY-lAW 2005- 183
Being a by-law to stop up and close as a public highway
Part 2 on Plan 40R-23364, unopened road allowance
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington at its meeting of
February 16, 2004 approved the recommendations in Report EGO-O? -04;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCil OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOllOWS:
1 . THAT Part 2, Plan 40R-23364 is hereby stopped up and closed as a
public highway.

By-law read a first and second time this day of 2005.
12 September
By-law read a third time and finally passed this day of 2005.
