Bob and Betty Munro advising that it has come to their attention that the
Durham Regional Council has decided not to endorse a recommendation
to reinstate prayer in our schools. The reason given by on Councillor is
that he does not wish to "marginalize" a portion of society. In fact, that is
just what he is doing when he refuses to acknowledge our Christian
heritage. Our very basic morals are based on the Judeo-Christian
foundation of the Ten Commandments and tile teachings of Jesus. They
believe that compromising these teachings or removing them completely
from our schools will bring only negative results to our society.

and more than $10 million and 30 staff have been allocated to the station's

this year, they have been meeting to determine if a mechanism exists to
accomplish the goal of protecting the land without designating the
property as an airport sit. He is pleased to report that viable options do
exist. Mr. Frederick forwards a copy oftheii discussion paper and several
recent newspaper articles written about the Stakeholders Forum meetings
