Moved by Councillor Deegan, seconded by Councillor Hamre
THAT the correspondence dated July 10, 1990, from Mrs. Lyn Todd, C.S.O.
Executive Director, Community Service Order Programme Inc., requesting the
replacement of a Community Service Order Client at the Anima1 Control Centre
be received;
THAT the request of the Community Service Order Programme be approved;
and
THAT Mrs. Todd be advised of Council's decision.

THAT the recommendations made by the General Purpose and Administration
Committee at the Special and Regular Meetings held on July 23, 1990, be
approved save and except those recommendations contained in
Report PD-250-90.

Councillor Hamre made a declaration of interest with respect to Report
PD-250-90; vacated her chair and refrained from discussion and voting on the
subject matter. Councillor Hamre indicated that she is the owner of property
abutting the proposed development.
