THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARING ON
BY-LAW NUMBER 2005- 102
being a By-law to authorize entering into an agreement with the 0 ners of
Plan of Subdivision 18T -93008 and any Mortgagee who has an in erest in the
said Lands, and the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington i respect of
18T -93008
WHEREAS, Council on June 14, 2004, approved an amendment to Dra Approved
Plan of Subdivision 18T -93008 located in Part Lots 13 and 14, Concessi n 1, former
Town of Bowmanville and authorized the execution of a subdivision agr ement with the
Owner;
AND WHEREAS the Owner(s) of draft Plan of Subdivision 18T-93008 is now ready to
proceed to finalize the subdivision agreement;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corpor tion of the
Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1 . That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, on b half of the
Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington and seal with the C rporation's seal,
an agreement between the Owners of Plan of Subdivision 18T-9 008.
2. That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to accept, on be alf of the
Municipality, the said conveyances of lands required pursuant to he aforesaid
Agreement.
