THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2005-116
Being a By-law to declare Part I and Part 2 on Registered Plan 40R-23536 to be
Surplus;
Whereas the Council of the Municipality ofClarington at its meeting of March 25, 2005
approved the recommendations in Report EGD-06-05 respecting the declarations oflands
more particularly described as Part I and Part 2 on Registered Plan 40R-23536;
NOW THEREFORE the lands more particularly described as Part 1 and Part 2 on
Registered Plan 40R-23536 are hereby declared surplus.
By-law read a first and second time this 13th day of June 2005
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 13th day of June 2005
