THE CORPORA nON OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2005-157
Being a By-law to authorize the execution of a Road Widening
Purchase Agreement between Mr. & Mrs. Smyth of 307 Scugog
Street, Bowmanville, Ontario and the Municipality ofClarington.
WHEREAS Council at its meeting of June 27, 2005 approved the recommendations in
Report EGD-25-05;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality ofClarington
hereby enacts as follows:
1. THAT the Director of Engineering Services and the Municipal Solicitor are
hereby authorized to proceed with the preparation of the necessary agreement and
supporting documentation required to finalize the purchase of road widening at
307 Scugog Street, Bowmanville; and
2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute this agreement at
such time as it has been prepared to the satisfaction ofthe Director of Engineering
Services and the Municipality's Solicitor.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 15th day of July 2005.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 15th day of July 2005.
