Moved by Paul Allore, Seconded by Jim Vinson TO approve additions to an existing structure to permit a carport with a minimum side yard setback of 1.2 metres and a maximum lot coverage of 55% subject to the following conditions: 1. That all water and snow not drain onto abutting properties; 2.
