To permit an addition to an existing structure of a front porch and carport for a maximum lot
coverage of 55% and to permit a carport with a side yard setback of 1.2 metres

a minimum side yard setback of 1.2 metres and a maximum lot
coverage of 55% subject to the following conditions:
1. That all water and snow not drain onto abutting properties;
2. Snow stops be installed if the roof is steel to the satisfaction of the
Municipality, and
