To permit the construction of a single detached dwelling reducing the minimum required rear yard
setback from 7.5 metres to 6.25 metres.
Scott Jeffery appeared in support of this application. No persons appeared in opposition to this
application.
Moved by John Bate, Seconded by Todd Taylor
TO approve the application to permit the construction of a single
detached dwelling with a minimum rear yard setback of 6.25 metres,
subject to the following conditions:
1. Not more than 35% of the rear wall of the dwelling be less than 7.5
metres from the rear property line

To permit the conversion of an attached garage to finished space for a home occupation by
reducing the minimum required side yard setback from 4.5 metres to 1.78 metres.
Robert Hutton and Don Hutton appeared in support of this application. Trudy Hambly, Mark
Hambly and Diane Fenton appeared in opposition to this application.

TO approve the conversion of an attached garage to finished
space for a home occupation with a minimum side yard setback of
1.78 metres, subject to the following conditions:
1.That the driveway be widened (on the property only) to 7.35
metres to accommodate a third outdoor parking space;
2. That the front of the garage be maintained in a similar
appearance to the existing facade, including that two garage doors
remain present;
3. Interlocking brick be used to widen the driveway;
4. No signage for a home occupation be allowed; and
5. Only one person from outside the residence be permitted to be
