3.1 A2016-0006 Tim Green
4548 Concession Road 3, Clarke
Part of Lot 8, Concession 3 Former Township of Clarke
Applicant, Tim Green explained application and noted that Planning staff had recommended conditions to move all accessory structures onto his property. Tim noted that he thinks he would be
able to remove everything within 3 months although he wasn’t sure about moving all the firewood
but he noted that it would all be gone by late summer. He would need a crane to remove the
container and this would happen during the renovation period. The Committee asked Planner,
David Addington if there were any concerns with Tim being able to remove all structures onto his property and none were stated. Application was approved unanimously by the Committee.
No persons appeared in opposition to this application.
