The minutes of last meeting were read and discussed and on motion adopted. xClerk to write Mr. E. Trewin re- cattle sickness and ask him to produce a certificate that his cattle had shipping fever , from a veterinarian, after which Council will consider his case. Communications were read and ordered filed. Clerk to notify County Clerk Ythat Mrs. Suzanna Hoskins to be responsible for her own hospital bill. W.H.Trewin complained that it was a dangerous place where he turns from the 9th Cone. into his place as the cars travel at such a high rate of speed. On motion of E.r.G.Vice and G.B.-Rickard, the Road Supt. and Ross Stevens look into this and report to Council. Mel Bertrim addressed Council re-. pipe line under road from a spring east of Roy McGill' s to his buildings on Lot 15 Con. 8 and is his water supply to his buildings He asked Council to have care when repairing'- Wd. Hancock Tire Tread Company addressed Council re- tires on Maintainer. On motion of M. Tabb and E.F.G.Vice, Road Supt. to have 4 rear tires recapped Trailer By-law # 1185 was discussed and after some changes a By-law No. 1189 was introduced and on motion given its several readings and ordered to be signed and numbered. I ­On motion of E.F.G.Vice and Ross Stevens this Council ordere 20 tons Calcium Chloride. Road Supt. presented his report and vouchers for June which were on motion accepted and voucheres ordered to be paid. W.R.Pickell , Meed Inspector addressed Council re-weeds and the advisability of cutting on the roads. Clerk to write County Health Unit and adk to have the Sanitary Inspector at the next meeting. General accounts were presented and on motion ordered to be paid. On motion meeting adjourned to meet August 6th.
