Darlington Council met with the Cartwright Council this evening to settle
the matter of a hill in the Boundary Road Allowance between Darlington and Cartwright
Townships. The point of contention being gravel as it lies next to a gravel pit
with an estimated face of 40' .
On motion of Ivan Cockrane and G.B.Rickard these Councils agree jointly
to sell the hill of gravel to General Aggrggates for 200 per cubic yard and that
General Aggregates fill and make a passable road after the gravel is removed. The
quantity of gravel in this hill to be determined by a qualified engineer.
