South Darlington Township Area school Board met with the Darlington
Township Council this evening to discuss School problems.
The School Board advanced the information that they will build a
three-roomed school in Hampton and an addition of two rooms to the Courtice School.
On motion of Councillor -Ross Stevens and Councillor Percy 'terry
this Council gave their approval to the issuing of Debentures to the amount of
809000.00 for the purpose of building a three-roomed school at, Hampton and an
addition of two rooms to the Courtice School and that a By-law be prepared for
that purpose.
On motion the meeting adjourned.
