Darlington Township Council met in the Township Hall on the above-
date, all Members present. Also present was Mr. Gorrie, District Municipal
Engineer and ""embers of the East Whitby Township Council.
RESOLUTION: Moved by Chas. E. Osborne
Seconded by A.L.Blanchard.
Tha'. we enter into an agreement with East Whitby Township
for the construction of Town Line Road across the 8th Concession of Darlington
Township and 7th Concession of East Whitby Township, and that the two Road
Superintendents estimate the cost of construction and gravelling which cost will
be divided equally between two Townships. Equipment from each Township to be
used In an equalized cost basis. It is suggested that work be underil the
supervision of T. Stewart.
Matter of winter road at Enniskillen Hill was referred to the
Road Committee.
Clerk was instructed to write Rev. Harold Stainton asking for a
definite price on a right of way for winter road at Enniskillen Hill.
Moved by Councillors Osborne and Blanchard that the Finance 6omnittee
be authorized to investigate locations for new Municipal building.
