Moved by Garnet Rickard Seconded by Chas. E. Osborne That the Tender of Roads Resurfacing be accepted as follows; M.C.Prime 22.9 0 per gal. - R.C.3 Asphalt 24.3 0 per gal, to be supplied and applied as per y Tender. RES. 2. Moved by Chas. E. Osborne Seconded by A.L.Blanchard That we accept Tender of Roads Resurfacing for chips to supply and apply at $5.50 per ton, or apply Township chips at 2.75 per tone S. 3.` Moved by Ross Stevens Seconded by Chas. E. Osborne to 5/8 +' That the Tender for Crushing Gravel be let to R.H.Stewart, crushed✓at a price of .680 per cu.yd. off belt, and stockpiled at a place designated by Township, in Brown' s field at a price of .870 per Cu. Yd. Delivered on road up to six miles at a price of .400 as agreed by the telephone conversation. That the Council accept the offer of Harold Ormiston to purchase sufficient land to re-locate sideroad in Lots 28-29, Con. 8, at $150.00 per acre, as suggested by the Committee appointed by Council to report.
