Minutes of previous meeting were read and passed after having been corrected to read " All Members present with the Exception of Deputy Reeve Ri-ckard, who was attending Session of Counties' Council." Moved by Councillors Osborne and Blanchard that notice be sent with cheques for road draffging that , in the future no dragging will be paid for unless authorized by the Road Supt® Moved by Councillors Osborne and Blanchard that the Road Accounts in the amount of 51L3.63 be paid as presented. 6 , ,G General accounts to the amount of $ 32 . .Qe6 were presented and on motion of Deputy Reeve Rickard and Councillor Stevens ordered paid. . Moved by Deputy Reeve Rickard and Councillor Stevens that ten"ative approval be granted to the proposal of the Cons:.z;ef' Gas Company tnat a new franchise be grantee to the Company to cover t"e entire Township , and that our Solicitor be instructed to meet the Company Solicitor to arrange details. Frank Pascoe asked Council grant the use of Maintainer for the purpose of levelling the Community Park at Michell' s Corner. Delegation frozzz Clarke Township requested our Road Committee to zmeet Clarke Township Council for the purpose of inspecting the Clarke-Darlington Torn Line Road, and asked that an agreement be drawn_ to share the cost of work on the Town Line Road.
