Darlington Township Council was reconvened on the above date by Ree-re
I
Nicholls. Present were Councillors Stevens,. Odborne and Blanchard.
Resolutions No. l, as attached (sub-division controland frontage charge)
Moved by Councillors Stevens and Osborne, Carried,
Resolutions No 2, ( to dispense with vote of electors in Fuel Board
Applications ). Moved by Osborne and Blanchard. Carried Unanimously.
Moved by councillors Stevens and Osborne that Clerk reply to Mr. R.
Courtice that he should apply for consent to sale of additional lot, as board did not
understand that two lots were involved.
Moved by councillors Stevens and Blanchard that a letter be sent to the
Durham County District High School Board, and to each of our representatives on that
board, to the effect that this council is concerned about the reports on the new high
school building.
Resolution No 3, Moved by councillors Blanchard Osborne, as attached

(accept option .to purchase the Wesley Fice property.)
By-law .WO ,2052 to grant a gas franchise to the Consumers Gas Co. was
given its first and second readings and ordered sent to the Municipal Board for
approval.
On motion council adjourned.
