to hear the several complaints in the assessment roll for the year 1949.

S.Chas.Allin asked for exemption on wood land in Lot 1,00n.3.On motion of R.W.Nichols
and A.Millson this be left in the hands of Clerk and Assessor.
On motion of R.W.Nichols and Roy McGill the assessment of Harry Hutton be confirmed.
The Clerk was instructed to wtite the Bell Telephone Coin reply to a letter received by
R.W Nichols ,regarding some work at Woods Hill on Base line.
