Disclosures of Pecuniary Interest 3. Minutes 4. Delegations 5. Pubiic Meeting 6. Planning and Development Department 7. Clerk's Department 8. Treasury Department 9. Fire Department 10. Community Services Department 11. Pubiic Works Department 12. Administration 13. Unfinished Business 14. Other Business 15. Adjournment In dealing with each department's section of the agenda, the departmental liaison council member chairs that portion of the meeting. Staff have been reviewing the organizational structure over the last few months and a report recommending a new structure is included on the agenda for today's meeting.
