Darlington and Marko Council met Ole evening to dis=ss the Boundry Line
and division thereof.
Reeve Woodyard of Clarke Township was appointed Chairman.
Considerable discussion took place regarding the division of costs on Construction
and to let Maintainence go as per agreement*
Mr. Laurie suggested that Darlington Council tape a vote on whether to add
the word Construction to the agreement and Viae division of the costs of such
constraactiono
On motion of R. Skinner and Rare Davey, Rog,Squair and. James Brown
interview the Clemence Family re-' ,water course through their property.
On motion of Mr. Me Bay and R.B.Sgnair the matter of as agreement be left in
abeyance and that Darlington Council discuss it at their neat Council meeting and
notify Clarke Council of their decision.
On motion the meeting adjourned,'
