Darlington Council met this day with Members all present.
Minutes of last meeting were read and on motion adopted as read.
Reeve reported having seen Chas, APpynton ,and that he would pay the
account with Oshawa Wood Products.
Frank Holroyd appealed to have the road repaired on Concession 10,
Orville Hindman and Ewart Leask applied for a Grant to the J-anior
Farmers. On motion of A.Millson and R.McG-111 they Grant $25.00 to this cause.
Co=mnication was read from the Town of Boumanville asking that a grant
be made to the Building Fund of the rink. The Clerk was instructed to write them, to
the effect that they canvass the Township then come back and talk to the Council.
Communication was read from the Town of Bovm2anville asking for same
license fee for Town as Township hunters. Laid over,
The bills were read and on motion were ordered to be paidq
The Road am-ot. presented his re-port and vouchers which were on motion
accepted and vouchers ordered to be paid.
The Clerk was instructed to write th Maria Moore Estste that as soon
as they prod-iced a deed for the land the Township purchased the cheque was ready for the
