Darlington Township Council met this day, with the members all present.
The minutes Of the last meeting were read., and on motion mere adopted as
read.
S.E. White reported on Mrs. Agnes Shortt property, anl gravel, stating
that the Road &aperintendLent and he had come to the conclusions that no action y-iould
be taker at the present time.
Upon receipt Of $,60-00 from Mrs. Everett Walters, a motion was passed,
moved by R.K. Squair, and seconded. by A. Millson, the Council ordered the Tax
Collector not to collect- the balance of arrears of taxes on Everett Walters?

11 - receipt Tae Treasurer acknouledged receipt Of $100.00 from Osxmwa Food. Products,

The -bills were read. and on motion here ord-ered to be paid as read.
On motion, of S.Z". 'Mute and L-thur I.Millson, the Clerk have the Voters
List's printed at the Letter Shop Supply Co.
The Road Superintendent accounts were read, which were on motion accepted.
and ordered to be paid, in the amount of 83,634.59.
.1 By-Law was passed setting rates for taxation for the year 1943, as
follows:- County Rate 12.015 mills., General School rate 6.01 mills, To-maship
rate, 4. mills.
