Darlington Council met this day with the members all! present.
The minutes of the last meeting, were read, and on motion adopted.
Mr. Nelson Osborne addressed the council re Liability insurance.
0-n motion of H.R. Stevens and- S.E. 17hite the council renew the
liability insurance with Nelson Osborne.
On motion of R.R; Stevens and H.K. Scluair the ClerIL order Mrs. Prescott
some coal.
The communications were read and ordered filed.
The bills were read, and on motion 7ere ordered to be paid as read..
R.H. Richards -oresented his re-port and Vouchers for September, which were
on motion accepted, and. vouchers ordered to be paid.
