Darlington Council met this day with Deputy-Reeve L.C.Pascoe and Councillor
S.E.Thite absent on account of ad road conditions .
The minutes of the last meeting were read and on motion adopted.
Jack McLaren submitted prices for crashing and hauling gravel as follows:
700 per yard to 4 mile limit, and 10¢ per yard per mile over 4 mile.
On motion of R.R.Stevens and R.E.Squair the Counftl accept this proposition;
T.H.Richards, Road Superintendent, presented his report and vouchers for January
which were on motion accepted and vouchers ordered to be paid.
The Treasurer acknowledged receipt of cheque for $21.05 for labour and parts for
the Maintainer from Sawyer-Massey.
The Clerk was instructed to order seven copies of Mumicipal World.
On motion the Council adjoined to meet March 7th.
