Darlington Council met this day with the members all present except Dep.Reeve Pascoe
Who was absent through sickness.The last minutes were read and on motion were adopted as
read.The commnications were read and dealt with according to their requirements.
The bills were read and on motion were ordered to be paid, as read.
Messrs Clarence Vice and Merlin Hepburn interviewed the council regarding the side road
between lots 32 & 33, Con.7.The council decided to consult with the District Fmgineser
and look this road over,
0n motion of R.R.Stevens R.K.S r ,t Clerk instructed
to is a bill to Cecil Found for $100.00,for Calcium Chloride,
Me Town of Bonmanvillehad asked that the T'om2zhip rent them the Tractor & Grader and
men to operate the same.On motion of S.R.White & R.K.Squair this council do not rent
their tractor and grader for at least one month.
T.H.Richards presented his report & vouchers for May which were on motion accepted
and vouchers ordered to be paid..
On motion of RK.Squair & S.E.White the council set the salary of the assessor at $250.00
There was one application for the office of assessor that being T .Iqcett.
