The minates of the last meeting were read and on motion adopted as read. The Committee on building reported having examined the Clayton bar;L,and found it to be in a bad condition and unsatisfactory for the porpoise required, On =tion of the Council,the situation was left in the hands of the committee to do as they seen fit. Nelson Osborne addressed the council regarding the Liability Insutance on roads. On motion of R.R.Stevens and S.F.White the Council renew this with Mr.Osborne,the rates to be $275.02. On motion the following Grants were made, Junior Parmers $15.00, P1 Association $10.L)O. The bills were read and on motion were ordered to be paid. Com=nications were read and ordered filed. The Clerk was authorized to advertise the Court of Revision to be held Nov.14,at 2 P.M. T.H.Richards presented hip reports and vouchers for Sept. which were on motion accepted a and vouchers ordered to be paid.
