DaxlingtOn Council met this day with the members all present.
The minutes were read and mooted,

$1,00.
J.P. UcEwen addressed the council re building schoolroom to S.S.
Yo. 9, and asked the council to have the ByLaw passed as soon as -possi-ole,
The communications were read, and ordered filed. The bills
were read and on motion were ordered to be paid,
The ClerL- was authorizea to noti the CaXter Eqaipment Co;ipany
that this Council requires bydraulic controlled snow plows which are to be mounted
on to 3 ton trLacks, and further, to ask said Comoany for tenders on mechanical
as well as hydraulic agaipment.
On motion of S.E. Thi-Le and A. Uillson, H.C.W.111111 be hired
to operate snow plows at the cwrent rates of pay.
T.H. Richards presented his report and vouchers for U=cht which
were on motion accepted and 7ouchers ordered to be paid, except R, Davis list, and
Chas. Gsbornels list.
On motion A. Uillson and I.H. ILIchards were kopointed a camittes
to investigate the break-ing of Jack Baker'a plow.
