The Darlington Township Council met in special session this day with
all Members present, Reeve Nichols presiding.
Moved by Dep. Reeve Rickard and Councillor Smith that Rule 33 be
hereby suspended for this meeting.

given its several readings, and ordered signed, sealed and numbered 2064

Osborne be appointed to the Township Planning Board for a 3 year term.
Moved by Dep. Reeve Rickard and Councillor Smith that this Council
does not approve of proposed Happy Valley Heights sub-division.

Moved by Deputy Reeve -Pickard that By-law No. 2067 be passed and the
necessary advertising be done.
