HAI,4PTON, November 7, 1957.
Darlington Township Council met in the Township Hall on the above date,
with all Members present, Reeve Nichols presiding.
Moved by Councillors Trull and Smith that the minutes of previous meeting
be approved as read.
Moved by Deputy Reeve Rickard and Councillor Thompson that the Clerk
write Fast Whitby Council suggesting a meeting of the two Councils early in 1958.
Mowed by Councillors Smith and Thompson that the South Half of Road
allowance between Lots 10-11, Con. 7, be leased to John Thornbeck at $1.00 per year,
with permission to erect fence across roadway with gate, the fence to be removed at
request of Council.
Moved by Councillors Thompson and Smith that the General accounts to the
amount of $ 3553.20 be paid as presented.
Moved by Deputy Reeve Rickard and Councillor Trull that the Road Accounts
to the amount of $ 12187.30 be paid as presented.
Moved by Councillors Smith and Thompson that application of 11. Sisson
for license under By-law No. 2021+ be deferred to December meeting.
Moved by Councillors Smith and Trull that Rule 33 be suspended for this
meeting.
On motion By-law to.repeal-By-law:2028 and to designate an area of
BY-LA- 2082. Sub-division Control was given its several readings and passed and numbered 2082.
Moved by Councillors Smith and Thompson that Council adjourn. and

that Council be formed into Court of Revision.
Appeals were heard and it was moved and seconded by Councillors Trull
and Smith that appeals be granted as listed by Township Assessor.
