Darlington Toi,lnship Council met in Special Session on this
date, all members present, Reeve Rickard presiding.
62-27-1 Moved by Councillors Smith and Cornish that lir. Strike,
Township Solicitor be instructed_ to retain special counsel to defend
the Tovm. ship in the matter of Hi-IU:ay Construction_ vs The To�yTnship of
Darlington.
62-2n-% Moved by Councillors Cornish and Ffiuir that D. G. Kemp,
Assessor be authorized, to collect cog license fees, and that he be Da.id
at the rate of�.25 for each fee collected.
62-2L-3 Moved by Councillors Cornish and Smith that the Department of
,iunicipal affairs be requested to have some person attend a meeting of
School and Community Centre Boards to explain to the Boards tre
necessity of %seeping records as rewired by the Department.
62-2F- 1 Moved by Councillors Smith and FZuir that this -meeting adjourn.
