Darlington To`�,nshi3 Council met in the Municipal Building on
this date, all members present, Reeve Rickard presiding.
62-3-1 Moved by Councillors Cornish and Smith that minutes of the
meetings of February 15th, 16th and 26th be adopted as read .
62-3-2 Moved by Councillors Cornish and Smith that the Clerk be
instructed to contact the Township' s Solicitor to ascertain Councilos
position regarcing ldr. Leo Haunsbergers proposal (Lot 23, Con. 1) both
as to opening the road and his position in regard to the Zoning By- _air.
62-3-3. Proved by Councillors Muir and Cornish that the Road Suet.
be authorized to purchase the necessary e<<uipment for the Roads Office.
62-3-4 Moved by Councillors Smith and Muir that Council adjourn to
the call of the chair for the purpose of examining accounts.

62-3-7 Proved by Councillors Miuir and Cornish that the Clerk reply to
the Department of Lands and Forests and Mr. J. L. Beeton stating that the

Allowance south of Highway G.Ol between Darlington and Oshat<a.

62-3-8 Tloved. by Deputy Reeve Blanchard a.nd Councillor Smith that all
corres_,,)ondence not otherwise dealt with be received and filed.
62-3-9 Moved by Councillor Cornish and Deputy Reeve Blanchard_ that
the Solicitor for H. F. Osborne be asked to include in the cor_vevance
to Osh.u.i-a ,"lissionary College, an agreement �herebv the owner agrees to
convey to the Township the necessary lend to widen the Base Line road
if and when required.

Clerk be instructed to write to the Department of Lands an - Forests at

X, in Con. 9, under agreement.
62.-3-12 Ioved by Deputy Reeve Blanchard and Councillor Cornish that
the amount of r60.03 be added. to General Accounts.
62-3-13 Moved by Councillors Cornish and Smith that the Secretary of
Planning Board bring up the suggestion or changing house size re-uirements
iron 1500 scuare feet to 1300 square feet at the next Planning Board
meeting.
