Darlington To-Tw-nship Council met in the Municipal Building on this
date, with Deputy Reeve Blanchard _;presiding over the opening of the
meeting.
�'-3E-1 Moved by Councillors Smith and Cornish that the minutes of the
last meeting be adopted as read.
62-38-2 moved by Councillors Cornish and i'Iuir that minutes of all
council meetings be circulated to the Oshawa Times and the Canadian
Statesman.
62-38-3 Moved. by Councillors Muir and Smith that tender and specification
forms to be used in connection with the purchase of a truck and loader be
a.pL,roved as submitted.
62-38-L 5 On motion as filed, a By-law to provide a pension plan for
employees of the ToT:-,nship was given first and second reading.
62-38-6 Moved. by Councillors Smith and Itluir that rule 33 be suspended
for the duration of this meeting.
62-38-7 On motion as filed, a. By-law to provide a. pension plan for
employees was given third reading, signed, sealed and numbered 2210.

be, and are hereby ayppointed members of Zion Community Centre Board. for
1962; Michael 1,,emis, Ross Stainton, Frank Pascoe, Lloyd Halliday, Janes

a short time.

payment of $6,392.85\from Special Lccount =3, to Vern Iri.ntz, be approved.

resolution passed in 1961 to the effect that no further payments be made
