Darlington Township Council met in the Council Chamber on
this date, all members present except Councillor Smith, who was absent
because of illness, Reeve Rickard presiding.
62-10-B1 Moved by Councillor Muir and Deputy Reeve Blanchard that the
Road Supt. be, and is hereby authorized to exchange the snow plow
provided with the 1962 Mercury truck, Model 250 S.P. for a Model 249 S.P.
plow.
62-10-B2 Moved by Deputy Reeve Blanchard and Councillor Muir that the
Road Supt. be and is hereby authorized to purchase the necessary parts
to repair the Champion Grader.
62-10-33 Moved by Councillors Cornish and Muir that the next meeting
of Council be held on Friday, October 19th at 1: 30 p.m. and that
Mr. Strike and Mr. Varcoe be requested to attend.
Moved by Councillors Cornish and Muir that the meeting
adjourn.
