Hampton, November 27th, 1962.
DarlingtonTownship Council TATas called in Special Session on
this date, all members present, Reeve Rickard presiding.
Moved by Councillor Muir and Deputy Reeve Blanchard that the
Road Supt. be authorized to have a new survey made of :aa.rt of the
guest property line on Courtice Road, North of Hightlray *11- in the
broken front concession.
Moved by Councillor Muir and Deputy Reeve Blanchard that the
Road Supt. be authorized to do what gravelling is necessary on the
Haunsberger road to make it passible.
For the TKotion, Rickard, Blanchard, Smith & Muir,
Against the :Motion, Cornish.
Moved. by Deputy Reeve Blanchard and Councillor Muir that the
meeting adjourn.

A Court of Revision for Darlington Tov,n.ship was called on
this date by Garnet B. Rickard, Chairman, to deal with appeals for
cancellation and refund of taxes under section 131 of the
Municipal Act.
I-loved by A. L . Blanchard, seconded by Sidney Cornish, that
1962 taxes be cancelled ir_� the following amounts; Stanley � isiak,
Lot 33, Conc. 2, $18.33, Russell Vice, Lot 24, Conc. 6, ;55.87,
Percy Davidson, Lot 31, Conc. 4, X15.96 . Carried.
Moved by A. L. Blanchard, seconded by H. C . Muir that the
Court Adjourn.
