Darlington Toirnship Council was called in Special Session on
this date, all members present, Reeve IELickard presiding.
Proved by Councillors Smith and Cornish that authority be given
A.A.H. Strife, To��nship Solicitor to re-dre.ft the A . Ailin sub-division
agreement, and to substitute the new Imperial Gil plans, including
change of dates and costs, and to accept a letter of underta%_ing to be
submitted in lieu of the performance bond required by the previous
agreement, and. that theF Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute the
agreement upon completion.
Moved by Councillor Muir and Deputy Reeve Blanchard that the
meeting adjourn..
