Darlington Township Council met in Special Session on this
date, to receive the 1962 audit, and to discuss same with the To7xm_ shi�oos
auditor, and to transact other business. All members attended, Reeve
Blanchard in the chair.
63-3E-1 Moved by Councillors Down and Gibbs that the auditors report
as required by statute be prepared and published in the Canadian
Statesman.
63-3E-2 Moved by Deputy Reeve Muir and Councillor Budai that the
report of the auditors for 1962 be received and filed..
63-3L'-3 Moved by Deputy Reeve Muir and Councillors Gibbs that, pursuant
to Sections 6A. and 131 of the Assessment l ct, the following steal7 be
members of a Court of Revision for this Toi,anship for 1963; A. L.

Blanchard, H. C. Muir, Mary T. Budai; Carl Down, and Richard Gibbs.
63-3E-,. Moved by Councillors Do-;,,,r. and Gibbs that this meeting adjourn
until the conclusion of a meeting of Court of Revision.
Council re-convened at 5: 20 c.m. , Reeve Blanchard in the chair.
63-3E-5 Moved by Deputy Reeve Muir and Councillor Gibbs that the
Ontario Department of HighlRrays be requested to inspect a four wheel drive
truck, equipped with snow plow and wing, the property of Thompson Bros . ,
Ca.mpbellford, with a view to future request for approval of purchase
of the track by this Township at :# 21500.00.
63-3E-6 Moved by Deputy Reeve Muir and Councillor Gibbs that a four-
wheel drive Oshkosh truck, with snow plow and wing, be purchased from
Thompson Bros. , Campbeliford., at X2, 500.00, subject to the approval of the
Ontario Department of Hightinrays.
63-3E-7 Moved by Councillors Budai and Gibbs that this meeting
adjourn.

63-CR-1 Moved by lir. Down and seconded by Mrs. Budai that rebate or
cancellation of taxes as attached be granted.
63-CR-2 Moved by Nor. Muir and seconded by Mr. Gibbs that rebate or
cancellation of taxes as attached be granted.
63-CR-3 Moved by rear. Muir and Mrs. Budai that this Court now adjourn
to the call of the chairman.
