Darlington Township Council net in the Municipal Building on the above
date, all Members present, Peeve Blanchard presidd-tig.
Moved by Councillors Budai and Down that the minutes of the meeting

1963, be adopted as read.
63-8-2 Mo-,red by Councilors Down and Budai that Mir. J. Drew ls complaint- as to
the road between Lots 24 and 215 in Concession 8, be referred to the Road Committee,
with the recommendation that a warning sign be placed it the Union School Corner.
63-0-3 Moved by Deputy '-Peeve Iluir and Councillor Gibbs, that the Council
of the Township of Darlington concurs with the recommendation of Darlington Planning
Board in endorsing and supporting a Resolution forwarded by the Council and
Planning Board of Chinguacousy Township in respect to a suggested amendment to
Section 26-(l)-(C) of the Planning Act.

suspended for the duration of this meeting.

0 7 On motions as filed, a By-law to authorize a Prior Service Agreement
with the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement Board was given its several readings
and signed, sealed and numbered 2247.

Lands and Forests be informed that this Council approvethe suggested agreement for
forestry management and suggests that a clause be added to allow the Toimship to

use, maintain and improve the roadways at present in use through the property.

supply of hot-mix paving be opened at this time.

63- Moved by Councillor Gibbs and Deputy Reeve Ml it that, on the reaormendat-
ion of the Township's Consulting Engineer, no Tender for hot mix paving, as
submitted on this date, be accepted.
