this date, all members present, Reeve Blanchard presiding.
63-9-1 Moved by Councillors Doi,,-,n and Gibbs that the minutes of the
meetings held August 15th and August 30th, 1963 be adopted as read.
63-9-1A Moved by Deputy Reeve Muir and Councillor Gibbs that the
Counties Engineer be asked for a report on negotiations regarding the
Stainton road closing.
63-9-2 Moved. by Councillors Budai and Down that a letter from Strike
and Strike, Township Solicitors, regarding acceptance of a, road through
Dart of lot 33, Concession 2, leading to the Wesley Oke farm be referred
to the Road Committee and Road Supt. with power to act.
63-9-3 Moved by Deputy Reeve Muir and Councillor Budai that a report
from Strike & Strike, To�.,Tnship Solicitors re Allan Taylor road closing be
adopted, and that the Solicitor for Taylor be so advised.
63-9-1_- Moved by Councillors DoUrn. and Gibbs that an application for
release of agreement betTi7een J. H. Cookson and the Tovnship be referred
to the By-laws Committee for report.

for the dur`tion of this meeting.

63-9-11 Moved by Councillors Budai and Dorm that the 1963 Roads
programme expenditure for this Toienship be decreased by $-0,GOO.00 to
X225,000.00, and that the Ontario Department of Highways be requested to
consider increasing the 196). Road programme figure by 630,000.00 to a.
minimum of 4255,000.00.

authorized to purchase an adder-calculator at an ap-oroxima.te cost of
$440.00, with trade-in.
