Darlington Tovnship Council met in Special Session on this date,
all members present except Councillor Down, Reeve Blanchard presiding.
63-1OB-1 Moved by Councillors Budai and Gibbs that tenders for Box
Culvert, TTKing Bridge41, contract 632C be received and opened at this
time.
Tenders were received as follows:

63-10B-2 Moved by Deputy Reeve Muir and Councillor Gibbs that the
tender of E. F. Marston Construction Limited to construct a double box
culvert, Contract 632C, received on this date, be accepted as tendered.,
subject to the approval of the Ontario Department of Highways.
63-10B-3 Moved by Councillors Budai and Gibbs that G. C_ Totten be and
is hereby authorized to purchase the asphalt cement necessary to complete
633P for the Township from Shell Oil Company at an approximate price of
$31.20 per ton.

63-10B-3A Moved by Councillor Budai and Deputy Reeve Muir that, in the
matter of a proposed plan of sub-division in Lot 34, Concession 2,
Darlington, by Kenneth Dawson, the report of R. H. Vickery, appraiser
for the Township, be adopted, and that this Council approve the value
of five per cent of the lands as reported by the appraiser.
