of the Department of Highways and to transact other business, all
members present Reeve Blanchard presiding.
63-lOD-1 Moved by Deputy Reeve Muir and Councillor Budai that the
proposal presented on this date by Messrs. Callaghan, Murray and

Heavysege of the Ontario Department of Highways, for developement road
on the Base Line, and shoving grades and property lines be accepted in
F-
principle.
63-lOD-2 Moved by Councillor Gibbs and Deputy Reeve Muir that R. M.
Short, Road. Superintendent, be authorized to negotiate with K. J.
Bea.mish Construction Limited, for the extension of contract 632P.
63-10D-3 Moved by Councillors Budai and Gibbs that this meeting adjourn.
