Darlington Township Council met, in the Municipal Building on this date, all members preseht- ,, g Reeve Blanchard presiding. 63-12C-1 Moved by Councillors Gibbs and Budai that the minutes of the meetings held December 2nd and December 5th., 1963 be adopted as read. 63-12C-2 Moved by Councillors Budai and Do; that Accounts for �the month of November, 1963, listed herewith, be paid: ,4 Salaries 1 - 15 1,298, 1,- 16 - 30 1, 612.71 Welfare 1,913.76 General 2,987-35 Roads 50,227-41 Roads Day 'List 1 - 15 1,979. 65 16 - 30 21021-35 Special Account3 A 381.80 Special 548.91 42,971.to 63-12C-3 Moved by Deputy Reeve Muir and Councillor Gibbs that the Clerk is instructed to delay the application for Municipal Board approval of the issue of debentures for !'.-lie South Darlington School Area, pending further advise from the Board. 63-12C-4 Moved by Councillors Budai and Down that the account for livestock damage in the amount of 6q?475-00 submitted by Sidney Cornish be not approved for payment, and that Mr. Cornish be informed that he has recourse to the Live Stock Commissioner if he wishes to appeal this decision. 63-12C-5 Moved by Deputy Reeve Muir and Councillor Down that this Council now adjourn for a short time. 63-12C-6 Moved by Deputy Reeve THuir and Councillor Gibbs that the Road SuDerintendent be authorized to purchase approximately fifty tons of calcium chloride, also culverts and wire fence to the extent that money is available for these items in the 1963 roads appropriation. 63-12C-7 Moved by Councillors Doi,,rn and Budai that this Toi.,,nshipts Fire Protection Agreement with the Town of Bo�-,7_aanvill 'fe be renewed for the 6'31-12C-8 year 1964.Moved by Councillors Budai and Down that rule 33 be suspended for the duration of this meeting. 63-12C-9,10,11 On motions as filed, a By-law to further amend By-law 2111., as amended was given its several readings and signed sealed and numbered 2251. 63-12C-12 Moved by Councillors Gibbs and Budai that this meeting adjourn.
