Tenders for gravel crushing. 2. Tenders for Concrete culverts. 3. Tenders for Multiplate. 4. Tenders for Hot-mix paving. 5. To arrange with the United_ Counties to have priming and surface treatment done at the Counties contract prices. 64-3-21 Moved by Deputy Reeve Muir and Councillor Gibbs that the Road Supt. and Clerk be authorized to advertise for tenders for supply of a pick-up truck, and for supply of a tractor, equipped with mower and post-hole digger. 64-3-22 Moved by Councillors Budai and Down that the Reeve and Treasurer be authorized to issue cheques in payment of Road accounts for the month of February. 61;-3-23 Moved by Councillors Budai and Down that the Clerk be authorized to purchase a. neer filing cabinet for the Welfare Office. 64-3-21; Moved by Councillor Gibbs and Deputy Reeve Muir that the Clerk be authorized to purchase 600 lbs. of Warble Fly Powder from S.S. Morton. 64-3-25 Moved by Councillors Down. and.
