Darlington Township Council met in the Municipal Building on this
date , all Members present, Reeve Blanchard presiding.
64-7C-1 Moved by Councillors Budai and Down that the minutes of the
meetings held July 2, and July 9, be adopted as read.
64-7C-2 Moved by Councillors Budai and Down that accounts for the
month of June, 1964, as listed herewith be paid.

64-79-3 Moved by Councillors Gibbs and Down that the Reeve and Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute a Forest Management Agreement with the
Ontario Department of Lands and Forests.
64-7c-4 Moved by Councillor Down and Deputy Reeve Muir that
Humphreys , Boychin & Hillman, Solicitors for E. Bruce Mumford, be
informed that Council is willing to co-operate in the closing of the
road allowance between Lots 26 & 27, Con. 5, Darlington, on condition
that the owner agrees to pay all expenses incurred.
64-71C-5 Moved by Councillor Budai and Deputy Reeve Muir that the
Secretary of the South Darlington Township School Area Board be notified
that the Board' s letter regarding Hearings on Zoning By-laws , and
Stop Streets, has been read to Council, and will be presented to the
Planning Board at its next meeting.
64-7C-6 Moved by Councillors Down and Budai that complaints as to road
conditions from Donoghue and Lewis be referred to the Roads Committee.
64-7C-7 Moved by Councillors Budai and Down that the Treasurer and the
Deputy Reeve, or their appointees , be delegatel to the Ontario
Municipal Association Convention for 1964.
64-7C-8 Moved by Councillor Down and Deputy Reeve Muir that this
meeting adjourn.
