Darlington Township Council met in special session
on this date in the Township Offices, to consider the purchase of a
gravel pit property, Reeve Blanchard presiding, all Members present.
61--8B-1 Moved by Councillors Budai and Down that Rule 33 be
suspended for the duration of this meeting.
64_8B-2 3 On motions as filed, a By-law to authorize the purchase
of 10.02 acres of land in Township Lot 227 in the Third Concession of
Darlington Township was given First and Second Readings and ordered
forwarded to the Ontario Municipal Board, and the Department of
Highways for approval.,:,
64-8B-4 Moved, by Deputy Reeve Muir and Councillor Gibbs that the
payment of $100.00vas a deposit on an agreement to purchase lands
from Cecil Mills be, and is hereby authorized.
64_8B-5 Moved by Councillors Budai and Doom that this meeting
adjourn.
