this date, all members present except Councillor Buda-i , Reeve Blanchard
presiding.

64-JOB-3 Moved by Deputy Reeve Muir and Councillor Gibbs that the Clerk
be instructed to write to Russell C. Honey, M.P. commending his action
in regard to the proposed curtailment of passenger service on the
Canadian Pacific Peterborough-Toronto line, and offering the T'ownship' s
co-operation if desired.
61--JOB-4 Moved by Councillor Down. and Deputy Reeve Muir that a delegation
of four representatives, to be appointed by Reeve Blanchard, attend the
Industrial Municipal Relations Conference in Peterborough on October 28th,
1964.

Council petition the Department of Highways for payment of interim
subsidy.

for the duration of this meeting.

agreement to amend the sub-division agreement between Ernest Hockaday
and this Township was read, passed and signed, sealed and numbered 2283-
64-JOB-10 Moved by Councillor Gibbs and Deputy Reeve Muir that the Clerk
be instructed to apply for approval of a Winter Works Incentive Project
in the amount of 51000.00.
64-JOB-11 Moved by Deputy Reeve Muir and Councillor Do,.,m that a letter
of sympathy be sent to the family of the late R. R. Stevens, and that a
donation be made to the Rotary Crippled Children' s Fund.
