Hampton, November 19th, 1964.
Darlington Township Council met in the Municipal Building on
this date, all members present, Reeve Blanchard presiding.
64-IIB-1 Moved by Councillors Down and Gibbs that the minutes of the
meeting held November 5th, 1964, be adopted as read.
6��®11B®2 Moved by Deputy Reeve Muir and Councillor Gibbs that
Resolution 64-11-12 , passed November 5th, 1964, be rescinded.
6 �-118-3 Moved by Councillors Gibbs and Down. that Mr. Lovekin, Solicitor
for ImDerial Oil Company be informed that this Council s decision

regarding the company' s proposal to erect a sign in Lot 35, Concession 1,
is that the Township' s Zoning By-law will not be amended for this
purpose.
64-118-L Moved by Deputy Reeve Muir and Councillor Down that a deposit
of $500.00, made by Imperial Oil Company to defray costs connected with
the Company' s proposal to erect a sign in Lot 35, Concession 1, be
refunded to the Company.

advice be obtained a., to the best method of disposing of the problems
presented by Plan 97, and that an approximate estimate of cost be

Township and make a recommendation to Council.
