of the Township of
Darlington was held on this date, in the Council Chambers, Hampton, all
me7bers. -,:)resent, Reeve Blanchard presiding, Mir. Strike, Mr. Little and
hr. Rundle In attendance.
PURPOSE OF THEE 1,3ETING:
To prepare and adopt conditions to be approved and
accepted by St. Diary' s Cement Company Ltd. , prior to the
Township ' s agreeing; to amend the Official Plan for the
Township of Darlington, and By-lair 21111,
I the Zoning By-law
for the Township , as requested by the Company.
23-1 Moved by Councillors Mar- T. Budai and Carl Down that the
Council of the To7nnshi-,o of Darlington agrees to process amendments to
the Official Plan and Zoning By-law pursuant to an application by
St. 'I'Aary' s Cement Company, subject to the attached conditions., always
provided that such conditions may be extended to cover matters arising
from the processing of this application, and that the Clerk is
instructed to submit a copy of this resolution, and attached conditions
to the applicant.

That the Clerk obtain from St. Mary' s Cement Company confirmation that
condition # 32 adopted by Council on this date , is acceptable to the
Company.
